Cedar Sand is an exceptional and attention-grabbing bayfront home on the Jersey Shore. Wrapped in Cedar siding imported from Alaska and painted with a distinctive Sand tone brown will allow this home to stand up to the harsh winters and salty air.
With much thought put into the design, the base of the siding presents a signature and elegant swell for design along with the weaved inside and outside corners for an unbroken look. F & J sub-contracted and partnered with a local and prestigious contractor in South Jersey for the exterior finish of this home. The cedar siding, belly band, Fascia and soffit, custom PVC trim and aprons, crown molding and frieze board makes this project rich and incomparable.

LINES
Working on the Clean Lines project provided F & J Custom Builders to be amongst the first in the area to install the James Hardi (HardiePlank) cement lap siding.
With a traditional style build, simple and exact; Clean Lines derives its name from its simplicity and the charming straight lines that expand the design. The columns, fascia and soffit, custom PVC trim and apron, frieze board, and arch all bring a minimal and posh feel to its neighborhood.

Shore Grey is a beachfront home with superior exterior qualities. Columns, arches, dormers, custom trim, and a barn styled gambrel roof offers a unique look to the Shore Grey project.
The Alaskan Cedar siding was painted with a lasting soft grey that adds a subtle and contemporary feel with weaved inside and outside corners for a complete custom and continuous look. F & J had the privilege of being the sub-contractors for the exterior (Siding and trim) of this beautiful and well-designed home.

Mellow & Yellow is a modest and fun home located one block away from the Jersey Shore. The exterior of this gem is covered in CertainTeed’s vinyl shiplap and cedar impression siding.
The vinyl siding and window trims are easily maintained, as a simple power wash will spark up this home to be as good as new years down the road. The double step fascia and PVC detail paneling give Mellow & Yellow a distinctive look that would separate it from its surrounding companions.
